We are always looking to add new Practice Leaders & Associate Recruiters here at Charles Aris. We are located in downtown Greensboro on the 18th floor of the Wells-Fargo Tower. A strong infrastructure including training, support, processes, tools & deliverables and performance tracking is in place to make all of our Practice Leaders successful. Our Knowledge Management department is world-class in providing lead generation, marketing/sales materials as well as IT support.

Practice Leader's average earnings are well above $150,000/year. We work with prestigious companies worldwide and are directly responsible for initiating and closing searches for executives who earn between $50,000 and $500,000.
As an Associate Recruiter, you will recruit candidates to fill positions for Charles Aris clients. In your work, you will interface with clients to meet staffing needs for roles earning as much as $1 million annually.
