Meet Jody Karavanic

Jody leads our Retail Practice area at Charles Aris. During her tenure, Jody has worked in multiple industries, including retail, life sciences, manufacturing, textiles, consumer and industrial goods. Jody has also worked across multiple functional areas, including corporate strategy, apparel design, sales and marketing, and customer service. She has made dozens of placements at some of the world's largest companies.

Prior to joining Charles Aris, Jody served as a Project Manager for Region II Planning and Development Council, an economic development agency.

Jody holds a B.A. in Business / Industry Psychology and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Marshall University.

Jody loves spending time with family and friends, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, and going to see live music, especially the Dave Matthews Band.
