Meet Caroline Wilson

Caroline Wilson leads the Private Equity practice at Charles Aris Inc. with a focus on recruiting management consultants. Since joining the organization in 2007, she has worked with private equity firms, public equity firms and hedge funds to add talent to their teams. Caroline has also worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies in the consumer goods, retail, online media and health-care industries

Caroline earned her bachelor of arts degree in psychology at Averett University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, going to Duke basketball games and traveling as much as possible
