Meet Caroline Wilson

Caroline Wilson is a Project Manager with Charles Aris. Since joining the organization, she has worked in the retail, consumer goods, healthcare, and online media industries.

Caroline works primarily in the corporate strategy and business development space and has made dozens of placements at some of the world's largest companies. She enjoys working with candidates while guiding them through the interview process.

Caroline received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Averett University.

In her free time, Caroline enjoys interior decorating and going to Duke basketball games.
