Job Description:Our client is a Fortune 100 healthcare services company and the market leader for its category. The Manager, Strategic Process Innovation is a vital contributor to the operations of the division and broader business. The Manager will develop, implement and manage new operational transformation initiatives which have a profound impact on the future direction of the company overall. Specifically, the Manager will be engaged across all functions of the division’s operations, with particular emphasis on root cause analysis, solution ideation, design and testing. This position is also involved in the planning, design and execution of pilot programs. Essentially, the Manager, Strategic Process Innovation will help drive the most important growth initiative for a Fortune 100 business through strategic process innovation. The successful candidate will possess a master’s degree in business administration from a top-tier educational institution and two to three years of experience in a strategy consulting firm with some casework in healthcare or operations.
