Bob GaineyMeet Bob GaineyBob Gainey is the practice leader of the Wood Products division of Charles Aris, Inc., which includes Pulp and Paper manufacturing and packaging, corrugated cardboard, plywood, OSB and siding manufacturing. Bob is focused on solving his clients' needs in several areas: Process and Chemical Engineering Production and Manufacturing, Reliability and Maintenance. Bob brings with him more than twenty five years of diverse national and international business experience that includes advertising, broadcast media, print media and most recently, real estate. This diversity has provided him a broad base of knowledge that makes him comfortable in the arena of complex assignments. It is enhanced by the professional responsibilities he assumed in these industries to include the positions of President, Vice-President, General Manager and General Sales Manager. Bob's success in serving his clients comes from his extensive knowledge in business management and talent development for the companies he has managed. This combined with the Charles Aris 14-step Priority Search process allows Bob to thoroughly and accurately deliver "A" level talent to his clients in a timely and efficient manner. Bob attended Mount Olive College in Mount Olive, North Carolina. Bob enjoys reading, gardening, scuba diving and family time. Bob also has a passion for travel both nationally and internationally.
