Meet Allen Oakley

Allen Oakley is the practice leader for Commercial/Industrial Real Estate and Industrial Sales at Charles Aris.

Prior to joining Charles Aris, Allen served as a commercial real estate broker for The Shopping Center Group in Charlotte, NC focusing on national tenant representation and land transactions.

Allen also worked for The Sembler Company in Atlanta, GA. While at The Sembler Company, Allen headed up the firm's site acquisition team focusing on large retail and mixed use developments throughout the Southeast. Before moving to The Sembler Company, Allen was a Director of Real Estate at Raving Brands, focusing his efforts on site selection for the company's premier concepts throughout the Southeast and Midwest.

Allen holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from The University of Georgia.

Allen met his wife Heather while living in Atlanta. They share a love of the outdoors and traveling to new destinations. Both Allen and Heather are avid fans of the Georgia Bulldogs.
