1969 by our President and Managing Director, C. Mitchell Oakley,
Jr. Since that time, our organization has grown to assist over 500
different companies in their staffing and executive search needs.
We are a full service executive search firm, with service
offerings that include Executive Search, Staffing Research,
Candidate Due Diligence, and Personality Profiling.

our personality profiling tool.
3) Our due diligence process.
Via our 360 degree reference process, we speak with superiors, peers
and subordinates for each candidate before we make a formal client
introduction. That way we ensure that we’re not wasting anybody’s
time in moving the process forward. In addition, by completing references
and due diligence prior to interviews we prevent the conflict of
interest that is created if references are completed only after
you decide you like a candidate.
